Annual Salary Minimum: $18,549.39
Annual Salary Maximum: $21,782.52
Salary Details: Annual Salary Posting Range $18,549.39 - $21,782.52

Duties & Responsibilities: Performs a variety of secretarial, clerical, and administrative functions in support of a unit or office and related personnel.

Minimum Training & Experience: Six months experience in general office work.

Agency Specific Qualifications and/or Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of general office procedures including typing, filing, etc. Ability to compose correspondence that is both concise and professional. Ability to open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence and prepare outgoing mail. Organizational skills, Knowledge of office software i.e. Microsoft Office.
