Job Description:

Job Summary:

Under supervision, schedules consumers for testing, assembles test materials and administer tests. Develops and implements behavior management and/or skills acquisition plans.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists with administration and scoring of tests
  • Develop and implement behavior management plans as required by regulatory agencies
  • Evaluate clients' physical or mental condition based on review of client information
  • Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client's treatment
  • Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress according to measurable goals described in treatment and care plan
  • Prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports
  • Provides training to direct staff in implementing behavior modification techniques
  • Trains to collect information about clients through interviews, observation, and tests

Entry Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in in counseling or a related field from an accredited college or university or certification as an addiction counselor from the Georgia Addiction Counselors Association (GACA) or equivalent certification.

Minimum Qualifications:
